So much charm!

Booked this place because of the great location in the French Quarter, and its quaintness. It didn’t disappoint! The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The best part was the staff, who made us feel so safe and right at home. Nate greeted us when we got there, and let us know that they would gladly hang onto our luggage before check-in/after check out for a few hours if needed. Britney talked to us about some of the spooky stories surrounding the hotel. William was always helpful, and Paul made us feel safe at night. Great customer service, reasonable price, will stay again!

New Orleans Anniversary Trip

We made reservations at St. James at the spur of the moment. The process was easy and quick via a phone call. Once there, check-in was efficient and professional. The location is an easy walk to the French Quarter, the WW II Museum, and other museums. There are plenty of excellent restaurants within walking distance.
