The principals of our organization each have over 35 years of experience providing award winning and proven success in a variety of hotels both inside and outside the New Orleans Metropolitan area as operators and owners. The properties we have been associated with vary in size from small, independent boutique hotels to large, full-service branded hotels. They have experience with development, construction, opening and operations.
Nola Hotel Group institutes all the best practices learned and developed over the years with strong administration through proprietary standard operating procedures; quality assurance with an emphasis on guest satisfaction; thorough training for all team members; stewardship of the assets within our care through effective capital improvement plans; stringent budgeting and accounting to monitor costs; and continuous management of the revenue process, both sales and revenue management; risk management services; and brand management – all geared toward maximizing the revenue and profit potential for each property. Many of these services provide savings to the property because of our group pricing and efficiencies.
