Results from July 2023 Employee Satisfaction Survey

Thank you for submitting your survey. Your opinions matter to us. We learned a lot from you. Here is the overview of the results of the survey.

We will work hard over the next few months to get better and better at what we do.

We have already implemented a program where each Executive Team will be a Leadership Captain for each hotel and our corporate office.

This program not only encourages each hotel to focus on enhancing employee satisfaction but also creates a sense of camaraderie and shared purpose among the hotels within the group. These Team Captains will play a vital role in working closely with the General Managers and all employees. They will act as mentors and facilitators, fostering a better work environment and helping to create a positive and supportive atmosphere within each hotel. The Team Captains will actively participate in various activities and events within the hotels, such as attending L10 meetings, daily huddles, employee luncheons, and other gatherings. Their presence and involvement will contribute to developing stronger relationships with the hotel employees and ensuring that your voices are heard.
